Nadine is
a Certified Nutritional Consultant completing her Masters of Science in Nutrition in April of 2009. 

Her past experiences include 2 years of work and study at the Kushi Institute in Mass. where she focused on a macrobiotic approach to nutrition, and 5 years of field study in Virginia, South Carolina, Maryland and Guatemala leading to completion of her thesis on cultural nutrition.   She received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences and Nutrition from Goddard College in Vermont.  She is an experienced macrobiotic cook and has provided nutritional consulting and cooking instruction prior to moving to North Carolina this past year.  Here are a few of her favorite winter/spring and late summer recipes.
